          Day 1 : Arrival Cappadocia
          One of our guides will be waiting to greet you at the airport. He will take you by minibus to your pension in the village of Çavuşin, which is located in the heart of Cappadocia .

          Day 2 : White valley - Uchisar - Pigeon valley - Rose valley
          We depart in the morning from White Valley. During a 2 hours walk you will discover marvelous landscapes before arriving at Uçhisar. In this small town we'll visit the citadel that is situated in a rock piton. From the top of this fortress you will be able to view the surrounding eroded landscapes. Afterwards we descend to Pigeon Valley for a picnic. When everybody has spent enough time relaxing we'll walk through the valley to Göreme. After visiting Göreme village we head back to Çavuşin where the night is spent at the pension. ( Total walking time is approximately 5 hours).

          Day 3 : Rose valley - Goreme open air museum - Red valley
          The first part of the morning is spent in Kiliçlar Valley that contains 11th century churches. The rest of the morning is spent in the Göreme Open Air Museum. After a picnic in Zindanönu Valley we continue through Red Valley. Along the way you will be able to admire the always changing landscapes. The night is spent at the pension in Çavuşin. ( Total walking time is approximately 6 hours )

          Day 4: Bozdag - Zelve open air museum
          In the morning you will depart from Çavusin and ascend 274 meters to the top of the Bozdağ mound. This point offers one of the best panoramic views of the surrounding Cappadocia countryside. Afterwards, on the way down to the open air museum of Zelve you will find yourself amidst the curious fairy chimney rock-formations for which the region is so famous. The m useum is a now deserted monastery complex that was inhabited until 1955, when falling rocks made the place too dangerous to continue living in. The complex is stretched out over three valleys, two of which are connected by a still accessible, though very dark, tunnel. The complex contains numerous chapels and medieval oratories many of which are decorated with carved crosses. In the afternoon you will be able to discover the local handicrafts of Cappadocia. By minibus you will visit a local pottery factory and a carpet/kilim workshop. At the end of the afternoon you will have the opportunity to revitalize yourself at a Turkish bath (entrance fee not included). The night is spent at the pension in Çavuşin. (Total walking time is approximately 4 hours

          Day 5: Gomeda valley - Üzengi - Ortahisar
          In the morning we travel 25 km by minibus to Gomeda Valley. After visiting the churches here we will walk through Üzengi Valley. This valley contains countless multi-storied pigeon houses. After a picnic in the valley we will walk to the village of Ortahisar, then cross the mound of Zindanönü to Çavuşin. The night is spent in the pension in Çavuşin. ( Total walking time is approximately 7 hours)

          Day 6: Çavusin - Underground city - Ihlara - Çavusin
          We depart in the morning by minibus in direction of Ihlara Valley . On the way we will stop to visit an underground city and Crater Lake. Around midday we'll arrive at Ihlara Valley that is situated in a canyon where the Melendiz River flows through. A 3 hour walk will be made through the valley to the village of Belisırma that is located on the edge of the river. Here we will stop for a rest before returning to Çavusin. (220 km by minibus; t otal walking time is approximately 3 hours )

          Day 7  : Çavusin - Ankara
          After a big breakfast we depart for Ankara by minibus (300 km.) The afternoon is spent visiting the citadel and Museum of Civilization in Ankara. The night is spent in a hotel in the center of the city.

          Day 8: Departure
          Your guide will take you to the airport by minibus.

Period: April to the end of October.
Number of participants: Min. 6 - max. 14 people.
Circuit: Easy level, from 12 years.
Accommodation: 7 nights pension.
Note: The first and last day of the program can change according to weather conditions.
